Stix & Stones is a Colorado based real estate & property management company created on the notion that every customer should be treated like family. The Becker family purchased their first rental property in 1971 and raised the Stix & Stones founders, Craig & Lance Becker, with the knowledge and understanding of what it takes to appreciate owners and customers alike.

The company was founded in 2001 and grew to over 30 real estate agents by 2008. Working along side Denver based mortgage companies, Stix & Stones agents gathered the understanding of what is needed on both the lending and real estate side to get a deal closed. The property management division was founded in 2009 and has not only outperformed the competition but as also displayed outstanding customer service and exceptional owner rapport.

Today Stix & Stones manages 200+ rental units in the Denver Metro area and is continuing to expand by nurturing the base values that have been with the company from the very beginning. As Stix & Stones continues to expand one thing will always hold true, every client will always be treated like family and we will treat every property as though it was our own.
